After the phenomenal success we experienced after our U.S national TV debut we have been busy improving and revamping our service for an overall better user experience. The amount of children who are now being kept safe on and using their phones has grown substantially and is showing no sign of slowing.
We have received a huge amount of feedback from our fantastic members and are working tirelessly to cater for your wants and needs. To all of you who we have not yet had time to reply to we apologize for the wait but assure you we are responding as fast as we can. To everyone else who has suggestions or feedback on how we can improve your MobileMinder experience, we are as always eager to discuss them with you at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All of us here at MobileMinder are finally starting to see our hard work in action and making a difference thanks to some of your personal emails to us describing situations where your children have been spared any harm or unease thanks to our service. Although we would never ask our members for praise or thanks we do truly appreciate your emails.
Let none of us forget however that what really brings all of us in the MobileMinder community together, be it our tech and support team or the countless good parents out there, is the importance of keeping children safe. We haven’t done nearly enough, not nearly enough to bring our protective service to families everywhere. It will take hard work, innovation and above all else a collaborative effort between our team and our community of parents. Thank you all so much for your continued efforts.
